Hana Rebene has been serving as the General Manager of the City inn' Hotel in Olomouc since its opening in spring 2024. She graduated from a business academy and has gained extensive experience in hotel management, having worked her way up through roles such as receptionist, operations manager, and front office manager. These experiences have equipped her with exceptional skills in team leadership and delivering high-level guest services.

In her role, Hana places strong emphasis on teamwork, employee motivation, and building lasting relationships with business partners. Under her leadership, the hotel has quickly established itself as a sought-after destination for both business and leisure stays. Her ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure ensures the smooth operation of the hotel and high guest satisfaction. Hana lives by the motto: “When the team pulls together, nothing is impossible.”

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, working on her countryside cottage, and traveling.

Petr studied Hospitality Management and has dedicated his entire professional career to customer service and working with people. Throughout his career, he has held a wide range of positions, from waiter, receptionist, and bartender to hotel operations manager. These experiences have given him a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations as well as the needs and expectations of guests.

He has been connected with Hotel Petrovy kameny since 2012, when he began his professional journey there, and in May 2026 he accepted the opportunity to take on the role of Hotel Manager. His goal is to create an environment where not only employees but, above all, guests feel welcome and are eager to return. He believes that open communication, teamwork, and a shared vision are the foundations of long-term success. In his free time, Petr enjoys spending time with his family. He loves travelling, staying active, exploring nature, and continuously developing his knowledge in management and personal development.

Tereza studied both art and marketing—two fields she now seamlessly integrates in her professional career. With over 10 years of experience in marketing, she has developed a strong sense for aesthetics, strategy, and meaningful communication. In her role for City inn’ Hotel Olomouc and Hotel Petrovy kameny, she manages marketing activities that not only increase brand visibility but also add a distinctive personality to each brand.

She spends her free time actively—engaging in sports, traveling, and staying on the move with her dog, who shares her love for nature and an active lifestyle. Passionate about art, Tereza often visits galleries, where she finds inspiration and fresh ideas.

Tereza believes that combining creativity, energy, and an authentic approach leads to the best results—in both work and life.

Petra built her professional foundation by studying Tourism and Hospitality Management and has been working in the hotel industry since 2015. Her greatest passion lies in e-commerce, revenue management, and digital marketing. She enjoys keeping up with the latest technologies, combining data-driven insights with creativity, and finding effective ways to maximize hotels' online visibility while helping them achieve sustainable growth in direct bookings.

At KXG, what motivates her most is seeing tangible, measurable results that contribute to a hotel's success and support its long-term growth. When she's not analyzing data or developing online marketing strategies, she enjoys recharging through outdoor activities, hiking in the mountains, or relaxing with a good book.

Zdenek is the founder and managing director of KXG Hospitality, a company he established in early 2020 following over twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry. He began his career in 1999 as a receptionist at the Thistle Hotel near Piccadilly Circus in London, gradually gaining expertise in various operational roles. A significant part of his professional career has been dedicated to financial management and reporting according to the USALI standard. However, he has spent the majority of his time focusing on sales and marketing.

In his free time, Zdenek enjoys spending time with his family and traveling to broaden his horizons. He actively plays ice hockey and also enjoys tennis and golf recreationally. Sailing is one of his great passions — whether on family cruises in Croatia or on more demanding expeditions in the Baltic Sea or Scotland.
